I ama licensed NV Realtor and run into solar-related questions/concerns. I was doing my due diligence gor a client and had the pleasure of speaking with Matt Cowee at Great Basin Solar. In one call, I gathered much-needed intel for my client base, and found a reputable company for both sales & service. I have added to my phone book and will recommend them to anyone. Joe

This review is for all the Realtors, like me, calling Solar Manufacturers for warranty info. Matt C. in IT at Great Basin not only took the time to seek out the information I needed; he emailed me exactly what I needed. What is truly great about this is my seller is not a customer of theirs and he still helped me. Not to mention this guy is fun to speak with! Thanks MATT!!

On installation day the installers were very professional and got the job done in one and a half days. The lead installer took the time to discuss different installation options, like where to place the inverter and the required disc…

In reality, once the system is installed, that monitoring appears to be nonexistent. I recently discovered that my system had produced zero power for 18 months. This wasn't caught by Great Basin. I only found o…
