I left four messages for Dani, the customer service representative, before finally receiving getting her on the phone. Horrible experience! We had a very disappointing experience with Desert Plastering. When we walked in to apply for work, the office lady was incredibly rude. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, she coldly told us we needed a recommendation just to apply. The attitude and lack of professionalism left a terrible impression. My husband, who was hoping to find work, felt especially let down.

Contacted them about a warranty. The first time I was placed on hold and no one ever returned to the line . The next day I was hung up on and then they stopped answering the phone. The funny thing is they never even asked me any details. As soon as they found out I was calling about a warranty, they discontinued all contact. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
