Horrible experience with these people. Firstly, the demo was horrid. They damaged several appliances moving them around. They damaged several walls and door knobs with dents. They failed to level the floor correctly which has resulted in several uneven spots. We went to floor and Decor who sent us to Northern Nevada Flooring. We had an absolutely horrendous experience. They began laying the tile and we noticed it wasn’t level. We brought it up to them and they assured us it was. Then we had tiles that were completely crooked and not lined up with other tiles. They had lairs them that way. These guys came over and found black mold, which I fixed in 24hrs. Then they found a “bump” in my master bedroom. They Immediately stopped working throughout the house and told me I needed to find someone to look at the foundation of my house.
