Chad was great! Was able to take care of our issue within an hour of calling. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend them to all of our friends.

We have been using So Cool for over 10 years. Dan first replaced our unit around 9 years ago and we only recently needed them to come back out and do maintenance. As always they are very reliable, Chad came out and made sure our unit was ready for summer and took the time to answer all of our questions. I would recommend to anyone, especially if you need a new unit that is efficient and will last.

. We called So Cool AC, Heating and Refrigeration to fix our heater. Chad returned our call promptly and came on time the next day to get the work done. We had a new thermostat installed. He spent time showing us how to use it going over settings and answering our questions and concerns. We find him courteous and pleasant to work with.
