My Home Warranty Company, Old Republic, assigned Ultra to me when one of my 4 ton air conditioners kept shutting off. Veronica assigned a technician to come to the house that same day and Steven arrived on time. Steven has 15 years of experience and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes after checking everything. He installed a new motor the next day and the unit has been working great. I highly recommend this comp…

Marco was amazing! He was very nice, professional, and took the time to figure out what was going on with our AC. He was able to fix the problem, and everything is working great now. We really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service. Thank you so much, Marco!

Instead he had to keep calling his boss every 20 minutes to: 1) identify where to look for the failure 2) how to diagnose it -- which they conclude…
