TID Systems really saved the day for us. We had a last-minute camera issue and were on a very tight timeline. After calling what felt like every electrician in Reno, TID was the company that stepped in and helped when no one else could. They came out the next day, fixed the issue quickly, and had everything back up and running before the weekend. Everyone we dealt with, from the technician to the owner Nathan, was i…

I've had TID Systems doing all my company's IT, PC and Networking for several years and they are very knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Recently had Daniel and his awesome crew install a video surveillance system that is exceptional, as was their service. Look no further than TID for your IT and Security needs.

I needed a contractor to install some in-ceiling surround sound speakers. TID was literally the only contractor out of several in the area who I reached out to that responded in a timely manner. Coordination and communication with them was easy. I'm extremely pleased with the work they did. They arrived right on time. They covered my flooring and furniture before doing the work. The crew took a great deal of…

TID is professional, prompt and courteous. Daniel (the owner) went out of his way and came all the way up to Incline from Reno at 4pm to help solve an issue and get our projector up and running, and at no extra charge. I am recommending them to everyone I know who can't get AV people to respond. Great, great find for us!

I had TID Systems install a camera security system on the exterior of our home. They were fast, responsive, showed up on time and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the work and system they installed. We may add another camera in the future and we will use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.
