A friend referred me to Alpha Air Conditioning so I had them come and give me an estimate to replace both of my heat pump A/C and Heating systems. I decided to go with them because the price and the equipment they use were both very reasonable and top quality. My whole experience was great from the beginning and throughout the installation process. Artur and his team were very professional and listened to and dealt w…

It is never a good time for an AC to fail in 110 degree weather in Las Vegas. I immediately called Alpha Air and they came out to diagnose the issue. However, we decided to purchase a whole new AC and Furnace system with a full 10-year warranty for peace of mind versus repairing our old unit. While we were waiting for our appointment date, Alpha Air brought over a portable AC unit for us to use until our new syste…

He quickly diagnosed the problem, got right to work, and had our AC up and running in no time. Thanks to Artur, our home is nice and cold again! We truly appreciate the fast response, professionalism, and outstanding servic…

Five years ago, this company used to be very good with communication because of Terry, their front office lady. After she left them for whatever reasons, getting somebody to pick up the phone or respond back to leaving a voice message can be hit or miss, especially during the busier summer months. Don't waste your money to buy …
