Where do I begin? The customer service here is absolutely TERRIBLE. “Kris” should not work as your agent to answer calls. Yesterday our garage stopped working and our property manager sent out this company and the guy came for about 5 to 10 minutes after waiting all day and he did absolutely nothing. He didn’t check anything because it just so happened. The garage door started to work well this morning it didn’t work…
