We had an outstanding experience with Proficient Patios. Mathew and Jessica are truly amazing--professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to delivering exactly what you want. From the very beginning, they followed through on everything they promised, and the entire process felt smooth and well-managed. One thing that really stood out was their patience and flexibility during the design phase. We went back for …

**EDIT** After knowing how unhappy I was with the exterior look of patio cover (see below), they have contacted me and are going to try to make sure I’m happy. I’ve upped it to 5-stars, for understanding and hoping they deliver. I will give the final verdict when everything finished. Stay tuned… *************** Previous review- At first they seem excellent. Raul and his assistant did a fantastic job. Texted me to let me know he was on his way, kept me informed and answered all of my questions. My patio cover turned out beautiful!!! Thank you to Mark for his design and facilitating the removal of our palapa. Thank you … I highly recommend Proficient Patios!!!

Workers only had a CAD drawing to work off of, no blueprints with precise measurements for gas & electrical lines-the lines for the ADA p…
