5 stars is not enough. We cannot be more pleased with our RaxMasters remote controlled garage racks, that lower to the floor for loading! No ladder or risk of falling - just lower, load, and raise to ceiling. How easy is that? RaxMasters has installed many garage racks in our Trilogy Sunstone community. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. We wholeheartedly recommend Jerry/RaxMasters with…

Jerry came out and gave us a quote for the racks, but also showed me the floor samples, which I loved. Jorge installed the racks, and I cannot say enough good things to describe how awesome they are. They are coming back next week to do the floors. Looking at the racks, I cannot imagine how great our garage will look. Will update after the floor is done, but Jorge is a rock star!

Our floors were done a few weeks later and also tur…

Had 2 4x8 racks installed. I forgot my installer name but he was really good. Asked me which containers I was using so we would know the height and what i could do in the future. Highly recommended

I was expecting to schedule something in the next couple of weeks, however he had his guy (Jorge) in the same area I live doing installs and was available to install today. I was shocked that he was able to get his guy within 30min. Jorge completed a 4x8 and 4x6 with a 33inch drop to accommodate the type o…
