This was the best company I ever used for replacing my AC unit. They were very honest used my warranty and were truthful about the cost. I I highly recommend this company and so grateful for their service. Best decision I ever made which was using air squad for the most challenging decisions, in owning a home.

Our A/C went out and we called Air Squad , when I called I spoke to Valerie and she was so polite and nice and she made sure she kept me updated as to when my tech would arrive and the status of my warranty approval for parts. My technician that came out was Jibreel Ali, we had been without air for 5 days when he came of course we weren't staying inside the house lol but when he came he diagnosed what was wrong he fi…

Very pleased that my home warranty company assigned Air Squad to fix my running toilet. I was contacted within an hour of putting in my service request, and got an appointment the next day. John was prompt and helpful. I liked that he let me watch what he was doing. Because my toilet has proprietary parts, they needed to be ordered. A few days later, John came back with the part, but found that there was another…

Technician Dan, came to my house today and perfectly fixed everything I requested. There was a leak in the pipe under the kitchen sink, and he neatly repaired it by connecting a new pipe to the main pipe. He also fixed two other things flawlessly. I was very pleased with Technician Dan's clean and efficient work. He seems like a skilled and experienced technician. Thank you!

After waiting five days for a response, I was told that I would have to pay $1,590 out of pocket for modifications that were not covered by AHS. The delay and unexpected cost were extremely frustrating. AHS is now investigating this company. Based…
