Had a new AC unit installed summer 2016. The work was done slightly faster than anticipated. My yard and garage were left at least as clean as they were before the work began. Louis is a very good plumber. He works very hard, when there is a leak, determining where the leak is coming from and resolves the problem. Nick is a good person as well. Although, I will say, somewhat slow to submit a report to an insurance company that is paying the cost for damage to a property.

Rude workman, no heads up, just laddered up in front of my doorway, traipsing around on the roof with no notice. I am sure he is doing contract work for the HOA, but how about some common courtesy to at least notify the residence that you are about to ladder up by their doorway and pound away on their immediate roof while throwing used sealant cans to the ground below.
