I purchased a townhome @FALCON RIDGE in 2021. I have thought about purchasing a new construction home in the past, but felt the process was quite intimidating. When the floorplan that I favored became available I jumped at the opportunity to purchase. The process was surprisingly straight forward, the sales agents were responsive and helpful at every turn. I had requested a couple of custom options and the Builder…

After purchasing a new home with desert winds. The experience was good and they even finished our home earlier than expected. After moving in I have found that I am very disappointed with the quality of work that was done inside the house. I’ve lived here a month and have had multiples things repaired because they weren’t done correctly the first time. For instance I had to have someone come out and fix a window sill…

Don't ever buy a home built by these people. What an absolute joke! If I could give them a one-star review I would. Worst build quality I've ever seen in my life. When you call them to fix something, no one ever gets back to you

We bought a home up in Brae in Somersett! We paid 1.2 million on this home and have had nothing but problems with it. Brand new!!! Leaking roof and aloe are on our third claim. Zline ovens don’t cook to temperature. Light fixture on front of home has recently fallen off and is hanging by the electrical cords. Ceiling is crooked. For the money you pay the expectation is a lot higher. Do NOT buy a home by Desert Winds.…

I have had 2 of my cars tire burst in their homes at falcon ridge because of nails being on the roads in the community. There is apparently clause in the contract of buying a house there that hazards happen and you should be ready for that. Read in fine print before you spend 100s of dollars fixing your cars due to hazards in t…
