We're new in town, and last spring our neighbor who is an electrician suggested we call Mike the owner when we wanted a check up. Mike came out and tested our 3 units. He gave them a clean bill of health, and gave us a very reasonable (small) bill. Last week one of our units wouldn't run so we called Mike. It was a bad capacitor, and the service charge was very reasonable again.

Scott came to my house and told my I needed a new AC for $12,000. I called someone else and it turns out it was a bad capasitor. They charged my 150.00. Stay away from this rip off artist. Found him on Craigslist. I will be reporting him to the Nevada contractor board.
