I've used Eric at Big Bear for both home and commercial plumbing issues a few times now and he's been the best. He fits me in quickly and is honest and transparent about billing. He got under our house and was the ONLY plumber (we had 4-5 our before him) to identify the cause of a sewage smell in our son's bathroom (improper P Trap placement). He's been our Go-To plumber for a couple of years now! Thank you, Eric…

Eric fixed our emergency plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. He was communicative and responsive and we enjoyed our interaction! Will definitely call on him again for future plumbing projects.

Eric came and diagnosed the issue with my leaking bathroom faucet and went and bought a new faucet and replaced the old one and no more leaks under the cabinet. I will use him again in the future.

Eric is the real deal. He takes pride in his work and charges a fair price for it. He has replaced my washing machine hookups, my kitchen faucet and my hot water heater, going above and beyond each time. So much integrity. I hate to share him but I must!

I have hired Eric from Big Bear Plumbing for several pipe and faucet repairs and have been 100% satisfied with the results. Eric provided fair and accurate estimates prior to the jobs, and stuck to the estimates. Eric was responsive, prompt, and professional throughout both services. I trust Eric with any future plumbing and irrigation needs. Thanks for your great work Big Bear Plumbing!
