After two years of ongoing issues with the AC unit installed by Sunrise Service Cooling, (a new build for Kb) I felt like I was constantly dealing with technicians who weren’t confident in their work and never truly understood what was wrong. Our builder chose Sunrise as the installation and maintenance company, but the experience was frustrating from the start — repeated problems, unclear explanations, and repairs t…

M&K service rep Michael Hope was very helpful in diagnosing a problem with my heat pump. He obviously was very knowledgeable and experienced, because he went right to the root of the problem. He was also very high tech savvy in his use of diagnostic tools. After replacing an electrical part on the condenser and recharging the Freon, the unit worked perfectly. Michael was very upfront about my repair and replaceme…

I was so frustrated and mad feeling like they knew I needed to fix it, because it was August and 100 de…

They explained everything clearly to the point. They figured out the problem quick and fixed it within two hours. Did mention to them I had someone else look before they came out. Left the area of entry clean and respected the property. T…
