Once again, Temperature Source saved the day! I called Monday morning around 7:30am (before opening) and heard back from Evan around 8:15am. Evan promptly scheduled a technician to arrive between 10-12. I received a text around 9:45 that Hunter was on his way and he arrived around 10am. He was thorough and resolved my issue during his visit. I know I can always count on Terry and his team to show up when they say and…

Terry and Jesse are honest and nice. Originally had a different company come and give me an estimate and it seemed really high. So then I called Temperature Source they checked everything out and it was something else and a fraction of the cost and my a.c. runs great and I have ease of mind knowing I didn't get taken. I recommend them to everyone.

Justin and Hunter were really great, showed up on time and were very professional, had the HVAC system working in no time and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend!

BEWARE! Robert came out to my house on two separate occasions and was insanely rude and condescending both times. This guys is young and unprofessional. This company was contracted by my property management, so I had no choice in the matter. If you have to do business with these people, save yourself some grief and discomfort and request that you have ANYONE besides Robert.
