I had a great experience with elite yesterday. when our tech Anthony showed up he was friendly knowledgeable, and optimistic. He gave me a lot of information about my system and showed me some awesome offers that the company has for maintenance long-term. Their customer service is quick and efficient and they were an hour and a half ahead of schedule which was appreciated as it is 108degrees in Las Vegas right now, a…

Elite installed our new HVAC a few years ago, great work and maintenance plan. When the water heater failed Jacob installed a new one with easily hinged replaceable rod, and also 2 new toilets (ADA comfort height). Professional, prompt, clean, caring young man. We highly recommend! Thanks Jacob!

As a general contractor for over 40 years, I’ve worked with countless plumbers, HVAC technicians, and service companies. Because of that experience, I have a deep appreciation for professionalism, technical knowledge, and outstanding customer service. From the first phone call to the completion of the service, everything was handled professionally. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, a…

Had an experienced installer (Richard) provide an estimate and options for a 2-system HVAC replacement at a date TBD. Richard was thorough and patient with explaining the details and choices. There was no pressure, and Richard's friendly, honest approach was clear and refreshing. Pricing is competitive too. Still doing my homework and diligence, but Elite currently at the top of my list.

Richard was very knowledgeable, thorough, spent time troubleshooting and finding the best solution (we had a wire go bad from our blower to the thermostat). He was fast, efficient, and I'm so g…
