We have used Semco for about 15 years on several successful projects as SBW Semco. Our company has worked on hundreds of Semco all over the U.S., including Virgin Islands, and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. We strongly believe there is no other product like this out in the market. Our clients love the product and usually come back to us with more projects and/or recommendations. Awesome product and first class service. Sona is super helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish I had known about the product years ago. Would have solved so many problems. Being able to pour down a beautiful and resilient flooring is pure magic. I am new to the product but was referred by a friend who has had a great success using it in multi M$ homes in SF.

I found this company and their X-Bond product online. The company recommended a local installer. There were issues from the start. Uneven surfaces, rough texture, hair in the floor. As time went on (about 1 year), the product cracked and discolored. I called the company. They told me there was nothing I could do about it. I eventually had to cover the floor with LVP. I would not recommend this company or product.

They quote shipping then charge exorbitantly more when its time to order. The sales rep is more interested in talking about camping and how much pot they smoke instead of the product they are actually selling. Stay away. There is a reason local stores don't carry their prod…
