Received quotes from a few water softener companies and decided to go with Las Vegas Quality Water Works. And we are sure glad we did. After hearing from the warehouse manager on why their products are superior to others, as far as dealing specifically with Las Vegas water, we scheduled our installation. Btw - while we had a tech out to see what system would work best for us, the tech, Tristian, I believe, checked…

Had a water heater fail and was able to schedule a very quick replacement. Jordan was professional and courteous. Texted that he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive earlier. Gave a very accurate ETA. Paused in his work to explain some things along the way and cleaned up the area when he was done. Pricing was reasonable compared to how much it cost us to replace the heater 7 years ago.

LV Quality Water promptly handled the warranty claim with the manufacturer and scheduled the water softener bed replacement. The field technician, DJ, was a pleasure to work with. He came within the service window, called ahead, was professional, knowledgeable and very patient with any questions that I had.

I had to get this handled fast because the Vegas water…

Quality Water Works had installed two RO systems, and one water softening system. In Dec. 2024, they came to replace a faulty RO tank. Several weeks later, we discovered a massive leak that had gone under our kitchen island …
