My home warranty company assigned Air One Heating & Air Conditioning. They we able to schedule an appointment the next business day after my downstairs unit went out. The technician was very nice and had my unit up and running within 20 minutes. They were very professional and nice. I would highly recommend this company.

I've been without AC since Thursday night, today is Wednesday and it's 110 degrees in Nevada. Air One knew my situation was an emergency and stopped contacting me. I was promised a call in 30 minutes and they just never called me back. I found out through my Warranty company they changed their mind on doing the work because of "legal reasons." This company is the absolute worst! My home warranty is who chose this company to repair our a/c unit. They came out on August 2nd, determined that it was the compressor and capacitor. The warranty company approved, and ordered the parts. The parts are now at Air one. I looked on my home warranty account and it indicated that we owed out of pocket 810.00.
