Our HOA had Landcraft for 2 years. A change in management occurred and the service decreased. We did everything we could to work with the company and got horrible service. The final month they did not service the property. We disputed the invoice and offered to pay 50% they hired a jerk attorney to file a lawsuit against us. In the long run we paid the bill as it would cost us more to fight the invoice. Update:…

Upated 4/24/2024: The area has still not been cleaned up. A supervisor acknowledged the area yesterday on my camera so I thought today was the day but I guess not.
