We had a fantastic experience with Santiago Landscaping! The team was professional, reliable, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish. They kept everything clean and organized throughout the project and always made sure the gate was secured at the end of each day something we really appreciated. The transformation of our front and backyard is amazing. They truly took a blank canvas and turned it into a b…

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Santiago Landscaping, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Elsa was an absolute bliss to work with—she's professional, dedicated, and truly passionate about her work. Her vision for landscaping is nothing short of amazing, and she took our ideas and turned them into something 100 times better than we could have imagined. What stood out to us was how Elsa treate…

We just used Santiago for phase 1 of our backyard project. The crew worked efficiently and did a wonderful job. This is a family owned business and you really feel the love and support that they all have towards each other. I think that’s why they work so well together! This is a very well oiled machine. Hermilo came out and assessed our project and helped our vision come to life. Elsa remained in contact with us an…

I can’t recommend Santiago Landscaping strongly enough. They hand trimmed our rose bushes in the fall last year and when summer rolled around the roses looked 10 times better than any other year. They are really professionals who know what they’re doing. We’ve used several landscapers over the years, and Santiago is the best we’ve found, hands down. Hard work done well. Immaculate clean-up after the job was done. Ver…

Elsa was rude and very condescending during our meeting to get an estimate for a project. I will not be using them in the future for any projects and will not be recommending them to anyone in the Carson City, Reno or Dayton area. I’m very disappointed to say the least. Think tw…
