The salesperson, Irene, was excellent. She wasn’t pushy, was friendly, and was extremely helpful. The store did an excellent job keeping me informed about the delivery. The delivery guys had to install the shelving units, and they were quick, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend this Henderson RC Wiley store. Great experience!

Very impressed by RC Willey’s selection and customization options! I wasn’t sure what to expect walking in, wondering if it would be like any other furniture store where you simply shop the floor pieces. Sales and cashier staff treated me kindly and respectfully. The item I bought was very high quality, with a very low cost extended warranty. The write process went very smoothly and U am very appreciative of their understanding of my specific situation which they accommodated. I recommend this business.

RC Willey always has the BEST customer service! From the sales floor to delivery. The gentleman delivering today were very professional, polite and thorough. They were very mindful of my home and made sure everything was set up properly and took time to explain everything I would need to know about my new appliance. Extremely satisfied. We will always come back to RC Willey.

The delivery guys also LIED saying my lines were plastic which they were not. I had ever taken pictures prior to their ar…
