DENNE from Chazell did an excellent job in doing our recent Fall Maintenance on our 2 HVACS! He was on time, professional, courteous and explained everything in a manner we could understand! We have been using Chazell for over 12 years and have purchased 2 complete HVAC systems from them. All of our interactions with the Chazell team have been excellent and we are very comfortable recommending them!

We had some other company come by last week who told us it only needed some freon. After the guy left, we waited for the temp to drop but it didn’t. After 2 days, we knew it wasn’t fixed. Denne from Chazell came he was was excellent. He was high energy, eager to figure out the problem and identified the issue and fixed it in 30 minutes. The contacts weren’t working. Smart guy, great service, eager to solve problems. …

I’ve been with Chazell for over 10 years and the level of care is extraordinary. They are on top of regular maintenance and quickly there for you if there is a system problem. I wouldn’t consider calling any other company. They truly care for you and about you and are efficient and knowledgeable. That all counts! Thank you Chazell for your service.

Denny was my technician and was there before expected time which I was very happy with. Checked the whole system including if my thermostat needed a new battery, which it didn't. Job well done Denny and Chazell

Chazell is my go to place for any heating and cooling needs in Las Vegas. From Crystal who schedules the work and every tech I have dealt with they are first rate. On this occasion i had to have a blower motor replaced and Johnny L. Did a great job. He really knows his business and inspires confidence in his work. I could not have been more pleased with the job. Excellent work Thanks
