I have had the pleasure of working with Silverlands for more than 5 years. They have built exceptional and innovative community barbeque parks and dog parks for my multi-family communities. They were even helped with my personal home. Every person I have encountered has been professional, friendly, and responsive. If you’re going to use this company on your property I suggest you don’t maybe they would be good in the parks or in the desert to cut down your trees but at residential property not good!!!! Their customer service is atrocious to the residents. The companies head office passes their behavior to be addressed to your property management company who hired them. The worker guy just blew my neighbor with a leaf blower. She didn't seem to care but I thought it was really rude. Blew stuff all over her feet and legs. Just seemed really careless and wonder what he does when people aren't looking.
