Robyn at the front desk is amazing and very polite. Autumn… the “manager” however is beyond rude. Charging $50 to replace a bathroom key is beyond ridiculous. What’s even worse is that when asking to just purchase the replacement $7 office key I was told I “had to buy them both or get nothing at all.” I should not be forced to purchase a $50 key. So disappointed this management company locked the doors on a local business owner. There are people going by everyday and are genuinely worried. The plants are dying, and he can't get any of his belongings. All of the businesses in the shopping center are very disappointed. How can you do business like this?

I inquired about leasing one of the units they had listed online. It only had one photo of the exterior of the building, and that seemed dated.
