We had a commercial roof done by C and C a couple years ago. While recently doing maintenance on the swamp coolers I noticed an aluminum strip that appeared to be expanding because of the extreme heat this summer. This had caused it to pull away from the block walls. I contacted Chuck and he got his crew over to address it under warranty.
