I wanted to provide an update regarding our plumbing issue. Ken arrived quickly and clearly explained why the kitchen sink was backed up before unclogging it. However, the sink began backing up again the following day (Saturday). It looks like Ken will need to return as soon as possible to take another look. Please let me know when he might be available.
