We were moving from out of state and needed a specialist review in a short time frame. I am happy to report, we got it! I did not know this company when I called them from a referral. They very readily engaged in boring conversation with me and appeared to listen to my concerns. They arrived when they said they would. They provided a well-designed report the same day, and they provided a follow-up phone call to summar…

I came home after a trip and my heater was blowing cold air. I called Paisly and got a service visit scheduled for the very next day. Chris came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue right away. Thank you P and C for your prompt and professional service.

A wire had been disconnected to the unit. Also the technician reported that the unit was extremely dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. I tried to contact the owner Paisley and there was no way to leave a message. I would su…
