We recently hired K&R to repair and paint the exterior of our home, as well as the wall surrounding our yard and pool, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, Kai, the owner, impressed us with his responsiveness. He arrived the day after our initial call, promptly assessed the work, and clearly understood our expectations. Once we received HOA approval, K&R began work on the following Monday and …

Kai and Francesca are fantastic to work with. We own a flooring company and have referred business back and forth with K & R many times. Everyone has been extremely happy with their work. This was our first experience using them and we couldn't be happier. We had them paint our exterior trim and our interior walls and trim. K&R paining and Drywall did a great job on painting the exterior of our house. The process was easy, with the crew starting and completing the job according to the bid timeline. They were very diligent and concerned that we were satisfied with their work. Outstanding company.

We hired K&R a few years ago for interior painting and drywall repair. We liked the results, professionalism so much that we recently hired them to complete exterior paint on our house. The arrived on time, completed the job in 2 days, with very little disruption to our family. the quality of the job, the cleanup and the overall look are spectacular. We would highly recommend K&R for any future work. Thank you!

Their attention to detail during this stage ensured that the final co…
