Had a wonderful experience with Casey at Robert Allen pools and spas. He gave me a great deal on a floor model. The service and installation tech crew were also very helpful and explained things well including all setup. This company is not a mega corporate feel and gives you highly personalized service and makes you feel prioritized which we really appreciate. If you are looking for a a fantastic hot tub I would…

We absolutely love our Bullfrog spa! Casey and the team at Robert Allen went above and beyond to give us great service and were very knowledgeable about Bullfrog spas. Our new hot tub had a couple of lights that didn’t work and the crew at Robert Allen replaced the lights promptly. Thank you to all, Monica and Dudley Sellery

We ended buying a tub through them a few months later and had an easy purchasing experience. Casey is always very kind and willing to help. Delivery was a breeze also and the employee that came for the delivery was very nice. Excited to get our tub up and running soon (waiting on…

Once we selected a spa, we paid for it and they ordered our spa. When the spa arrived they called and set up a time that wor…
