They charge double what everyone else charges for a service call. They won't stand behind their work. Really terrible service, stay away. Made an appt at 8am this morning, then got a call from a tech 6 hours later cancelling. Which sucks on its own, but they also told me they wouldn't be able to make it after 3pm at all, any day, and that I should call another company.
