To you, the person looking for a repair company, I wanted to share a fantastic experience I had with an AC repair company. Recently, another AC repair company had added a pound of Freon to my unit and informed me that I had a micro-leak in the coils, located in a very unusual spot at the back of my air conditioning system. They quoted me $6,000 for the repair. Naturally, I sought a second opinion and reached out t…

I am very pleased to share with other readers my experience having used Trails End Mobile Home Services Inc. in the past. My most recent service was a service visit was on Saturday, November 11th (i.e., Veterans Day) for which I wanted to make sure my thermostat was working. The tech came out and showed me how to properly use the thermostat since my husband did all of the home maintenance stuff related to it. The te…

I just saw a driver for this company hand water to someone who was thirsty at a stoplight. That’s the kind of character I like to see in businesses and those who work for them.

I called and was able to get same day service he came and looked at the furnace said he’ll be back Wednesday to do the repair on it and to call him by 11am if he doesn’t show up. I called him. Left a voicemail. It is now Friday I called back Thursday and today. No call backs, no explanation, no answers. It’s frustrating as I was depending his service and took the day off work. Luckily I found another company!
