My car was broken into overnight. I called Custom Glass the next morning and Eric called me back within 20 minutes. He had the replacement window ordered by 9 am, fit me in same day, and by 2 pm I had a new car window. Eric and everyone at Custom Glass was communicative and efficient. They also had good prices and I felt great about the work they did. It sucks to have a car window broken and stuff stolen. I can't tha…

This morning I called again and the lady said her manager is the one that did the order and she was not in yet and she would have to be the one to check on it. I don't have a good feeling about this.2661 I do think they will…
