Troy was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to help us choose the right roofing materials and clearly explained each step, making everything easy to understand. His attention to detail and willingness to answer our questions made for a great experience. I would highly recommend working with him.

Don’t waste your time! No call no show twice, when they did send a guy out, he was supposed to email a quote in a couple days. After 4 weeks he finally emailed a quote. The quote was a 1 paragraph, most unprofessional bologna estimate I have ever seen! They definitely don’t want / need work! Unbelievable. If I could give them a zero rating I would, that’s exactly what they deserve!

The next time it rained it leaked again in the same spots.…

Very poor attitude with the female employee who picked up my call. Very difficult to deal with. Poor communication. She represents the company and is supposed to be the very first impression for customers. Difficult to deal with, unprofessional.
