Summit Fire Protection were extremely helpful getting my concessions trailer up to date for all fire inspections. The staff there was very helpful and polite. Taking the time to help me make an appointment and get everything ready. Pricing was good as well.

Summit does a great job taking care of my annual fire extinguisher inspections. They have a reminder program which is great!

Summit reviews and maintains our extinguishers every year to keep us in compliance with our state requirements. The process is painless and in my opinion reasonably priced. The technician answers any questions and concerns we have.

Poor customer service and phone etiquette. I called asking to schedule a quick inspection and tag for two brand-new fire extinguishers. The person who answered was rude and dismissive, basically brushing me off by saying someone would call me back on Monday to book an appointment. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a basic, small job handled professionally. Save yourself a headache. Go somewhere else.

Summit has been very unresponsive and unreliable. They were going to schedule an appointment three months ago and never did. Not to mention, the lousy job they did at their first visit. They failed to diagnose the issue, promised me that it will not be charged and yet sent me an invoice.
