We recently upgraded our system through GSSC and were thrilled to have Stephen as our technician. Stephen set up our new system quickly and went above and beyond to work around our schedule. He walked us through all of the steps and having him as a technician made a huge difference in our experience. We can't say enough good things about Stephen, GSSC is lucky to have him work for their company!

Currently on hold and have been for an hour just to get some of my cameras serviced. Every time I call I am on hold for at least 30minutes. When you leave a message they do not call back. When they schedule a time to come out and do service they either don’t show up or come late. I recommend pretty much any other company if you need someone to work on your security cameras. We have GSSC for our fire monitoring in a new building (setup by our contractor). Today we had an alarm go off, and when I called (or rather tried to call) GSSC, there was no answer, only a hold message saying "we understand your time is important, we will be with you as soon as we can". When I finally did get someone on the phone after multiple tries over a half hour period (with an alarm screeching in our building)…

What a total disaster! Wanting a local vendor to make life simple I hired GSSC to replace restaurant camera system. 9 months and many thousands of dollars later system still does not work and I get nasty emails from company telling me not to complain. I have owned my business for over 20 years and this is the worst vendor I have ever dealt with. Avoid at ALL COSTS, or it will COST you Plenty!

Trying to close my account. Have been notified my home security system is outdated and needs to be upgraded at a cost to me BUT no one is telling me how much and when $$$. Went with different Company. No one at GSSC is answering the phone to discontinue service and close account. This Company has been going downhill over the years. Look elsewhere for home security !
