Great experience all around, they really took their time to understand what I needed and was trying to do. While nothing was cheap, they were very up front about how their pricing works (hourly). They cleaned everything up really well. I did call and get a quote from a different local company who ran photos I sent through an AI model to generate a quote, they claimed their prices were the best in town from using this…

I hired Erik Nelson plumbing to replace my water main shutoff valves, replace supply lines in my basement and leading to my second floor, and install new shower plumbing. Erik Nelson Plumbing did a great job fixing a burst pipe and put improved winterizing parts in place. They explained everything and gave me price options for different levels of repair. The technicians were very polite and professional. The rates were very reasonable. I will definitely call them for all future plumbing needs.

Wish I could give you guys more stars! Extremely helpful in helping us out with our rough in plumbing needs. Took great care in understanding our expectations such as incorporating all the fixtures and sanitary pipes, and also helped us reduce our bump out of any new plumbing needs. They did all this while maintaining Saint Paul plumbing code! Highly recommend!

The guys that come over gave me pricing for two versions of the job I was trying to get done and helped me talk through my options. They left to head to their next job, which ended early, so they called me back to see if I wanted same day service. They …
