They weren’t honest and upfront about price for the service. Ended up being way more than I planned to spend. In my experience all steps and rice points should’ve been discussed before completing work. Plus, my electric went to buy a detail and was gone for an hour, which was also charged to me as a full hour of work. Again, would’ve been fine if he gave me a heads up.

Horrible, hired to connect an intercom system, system was never configured. Then said they need to move the push bar over a couple of inches on the door.
