Service Restoration was great to work with. I called Bobby Oxford out of the Rochester office and he get the process going immediately. I had crews at our house within an hour or two of calling. They did an excellent job getting everything cleaned and dried. The packout of our stuff was also done very well. And they did a great job taking care of dealing with the insurance company for me.

Rationale from the estimator is that bids are competitive and for them to release their number, they fear I might go shopping elsewhere. Their website said free inspection and in house estimates.
