IHS operates maintenance for my management company. I have never had any issues with them! Kristen the office manager knows to get stuff done!! Any time I have had an issue come up, and I have went to her, she acts right away and will make sure that I am taken care of, and that the building is properly maintained. She shows that she cares and I couldn't ask for a better maintenance team!! Thank you IHS🙏
