Amari went above and beyond the scope of her ‘job’ she took us to another unit after hearing my needs, she did extra, provided a smile without any hesitation. Her compassion for her job meets the standards of a family welcoming you home! There’s nobody else I would recommend than the gracious Amari for providing me with the opportunity to rent at eig!

I’ve been living here for about a year while balancing college and work, and it’s been a great place to call home. The affordable rent has allowed me to have a stable living situation while focusing on school and my job. Jay has been incredibly helpful and attentive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. He’s always friendly, approachable, and genuinely wants to help residents. As a first-time renter, I re…

Review for EIG(company) ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Overall, I had a good experience with EIG, but the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took a long time to replace my AC. I lived here for 2 years and in that time Molly and her team were nice and made sure to take care of anything I needed done. Only reason I’m leaving is cuz I needed something bigger for my family. This was my first apartment and I couldn’t ask for a better place to make my first apartment. Molly and her people made everything seamless. Thank you Molly for all your hard work!!

I have not had any issues with any of my neighbors and I have been a resident with EIGmanagement for three years now. However there at least two things that I have noticed since I have been a resident here, one I ha…
