I am so happy we used KJB for our large remodel of our Minneapolis Basement in our 100 year old home. The project included adding a family room, guest room and bathroom and storage rooms. We also added radon mitigation and updated the heating and hot water systems. Katie, Derek and all their subcontractors were fantastic start to finish. They helped with the design, picking out finishes and were easy to talk with. …

We loved working with Katy and Derek and their craftspeople on our Minneapolis MCM kitchen gutting and remodeling. Our house was kept clean and completely usable the whole time. We were always updated on who would be working and what time they would be coming. Communication was easy and straightforward. I felt that they both helped us figure out what we wanted. We are thrilled with the outcome. I no longer stress out…

We will not hesitate to use them for our next project in our old, …

Her process is incredibly thorough...comprehensive initial walkthroughs and designs, conversati…

Derek and Katy, and all there trades were professional and kind. Their work was great, but their communication and organization of the project was top notch! We were always on the same page. I would definitely recommend KJB homes!! Thank you! I love my new kitchen!
