They can do better at upkeeping of their properties, and do more to address some problem people in their properties. And screen more attentively . I have brought up many issues that still not addressed and it's like it gets brushed off. And they operate a very hostile environment . Other then that they alright

If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would have. All of the landlord's (Lawrence) properties, All Area Management, are very poorly managed by Alisher who is the apartment manager...straight slum. Roaches, mice, deteriorating exterior and interior of buildings. Not to mention they dont do background checks obviously because he has sex offenders living on his properties as well. Since they've bought this apartment building it hasn't improved at all. In fact we now have not only mice but cockroaches. There's garbage all over the lot. Hole in my closet they never fixed. They're painters play super loud music while you're sick and resting. Maintenance never comes and if they do they leave and you have to beg for them to come back. I haven't had heat in 2 years!
