Paul is a great designer, contractor and overall professional. Our 1909 condominium needed an update, upgrade, reimagined kitchen space. Paul is a great steward of design the new kitchen looks like what it was meant to be. He was patient, practical and a dreamer. Just what we needed, even though we were nervous, he had our back. It’s so very beautiful, functional to a tee with a quiet elegance, just like him. Thank …

We chose Mantis Design + Build to remodel the kitchen of our North Loop condo and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Paul and his entire team were really helpful in taking our input, making their own insightful suggestions and working to make our relatively small project all it could be. We’re really excited to work with them again.

We could not be happier with the end results—stunning color picked by Paul, great use of the stones and shingles we requested. And the new windows are efficient and the inside window molding looks like fine furniture. Highly recommend Mantis for your work. P…

We were extremely happy with Mantis Design and love our remodeled kitchen. Paul was creative, original and had a great vision for our space. He was very flexible and open to working with us to merge his design with our taste, making it feel like a collaborative process. Paul was responsive and considerate, and ensured that the work was the highest quality and done to our satisfaction.
