Did a great job on my parents deck, looks amazing. Had one railing very loose from the beginning and have spent months trying to get ahold of Richard to come out, he’s said 3 different times he was coming and never came out.... we aren’t sure how to tighten it, and I’m sure would be simple for him.....

We used Richard to replace our deck. The work was (mostly) beautifully done. It took 4 months from contract to start our project although we were told 6 weeks originally. There are a few things that are still outstanding 7 months after our project was “complete”. I have given up that they will be done. Beware: got a quote for a standard deck from this guy (as did our neighbors) and it was ridiculous. He wanted $24K for $10K deck. It was easy to tell him no knowing what it should cost. I want to protect others. Thief.
