Schrader and Companies completed a total remodel of our home during the winter of 2023. The entire process of working with Andy was delightful. The bid he provided was accurate and complete. During the construction process he presented us different options based on that bid and we chose to upgrade several items - but that was our choice. Andy and his team were amazing to work with from start to finish! This was the first home we ever built, and could not have had a better experience. Beyond the craftsmanship and professionalism of his team and subcontractors, Andy guided us through the entire process with integrity, transparency, and efficiency. 100% recommendation!!

We hired Schrader & Companies to build a 1200 sq. ft. addition to our home. Andy was wonderful to work with, always responsive to our questions and quick with a solution if something didn’t go according to plan. Our project finished on time and under budget, and we absolutely LOVE the final result. We’re already looking forward to working with Andy on our next project. We can’t recommend Schrader & Companies enough!
