Pretty good management company👍 Leased for 2 years and they were are always quickly responsive to questions or maintenance. They set clear expectations for move-out instructions so as long as you do your cleaning your deposit will be given back. I've lived in a Matcom Property for almost 2 years and have been very happy. The property manager Matt and the maintenance guy are very kind and professional. They're quick to respond to my phone calls or emails and are good at keeping me informed. There's a reason I didn't hesitate to renew my lease!

Just another leasing company with mediocre ethics. The only positive was maintenance being responsive which is the reason why this review isn’t getting one star. I signed an extended lease, they voided it even though I hadn’t violated the terms of the contract. Made life unnecessarily more difficult. When I directly asked the property manager whether the cleaning had actually been performed, she told me yes and attached my pet consent form. The St Anthony residence has black mold. They refused to fix anything on time and continued to tell us we were crazy after we tested ourselves for mold and radon with a positive result for both.
