Very happy with our carpet installation. Installers were very fast, clean, and friendly. They did a walk through with us prior to starting and offered suggestions to ensure transitions between rooms and closet spaces would look and work the best when finished. They were able to tuck the carpet under the trim and built in cabinet with no issues. We had an issue prior to installation in which our carpet order got lost …

Crew2, the installation team hired by Home Depot, did an outstanding job with our carpet installation. The lead installer was incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. The seams are invisible, and the thresholds were finished perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the results—the carpet looks absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend this team.

Crew2 recently installed my vinyl flooring through Home Depot, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their work went beyond a standard installation—it reflected true craftsmanship. Every detail was handled with care and precision, as if they were installing the floor in their own home.

Crew 2 removed and installed 3 rooms of carpet that I had ordered thru Home Depot yesterday! Communication was great- Roberto & Oscar arrived on time, friendly, efficient, and got right to work! They removed and installed 3 rooms with quickly and with no issues whatsoever and did it all with a smile and great care for my home!

Home Depot and Crew2 have done multiple home improvement projects for me. Crew2 has exceptional construction, project management and customer service skills. My recent LVP, carpet and window shade installations were flawless. They send enough people to get the job done quickly and they arrive within the appointment window. The customer service people are friendly and helpful. I’m thrilled with the results.
